Power Plastic Factory Completes TSE LINE Project for Sharjah Municipality

Sharjah, UAE – Power Plastic Factory has successfully completed the TSE LINE project for Sharjah Municipality, delivering the work ahead of schedule and to exceptional standards. The project, which involved the production and installation of advanced plastic pipes and fittings for municipal infrastructure, was critical to enhancing the city’s urban services.

Completed Projects

  1. Alhoma STP to Rahmania TSE Line (16 km)
    Power Plastic Factory installed 800mm and 630mm HDPE pipes over 16 kilometers, facilitating the efficient transfer of treated sewage effluent (TSE) between Alhoma STP and Rahmania, helping to support Sharjah’s water recycling initiatives.
  2. Proposed TSE Line 800Ø from Qarrayen to Bedea STP (7.7 km)
    This 7.7-kilometer HDPE pipeline connects Qarrayen and Bedea STP, further expanding the city’s TSE network to improve wastewater management and environmental sustainability.
  3. Alyafar 01 & 02 TSE Line Project (8.5 km)
    The installation of an 8.5-kilometer TSE line serves the Alyafar area, contributing to Sharjah’s ongoing efforts to enhance its infrastructure and promote water reuse.
  4. Proposed TSE 710Ø from Bedea to Khorfakkan Br. and Batayah Br. 400Ø Musnad (24 km)
    This large-scale project involved the installation of 710mm and 400mm HDPE pipes over a 24-kilometer stretch, improving the TSE network connectivity between Bedea, Khorfakkan, and Batayah.
  5. Proposed 800mm Storm Water Discharge from PS4 to Outfall
    To address stormwater management, Power Plastic Factory completed the installation of an 800mm discharge line from PS4 to the outfall, designed to efficiently manage rainwater runoff and mitigate flooding risks.
